shipping & returns
All orders ship from our warehouse in Ojai, CA.
We offer complimentary shipping on domestic orders over $100 USD. Once your cart reaches this amount, complimentary ground shipping will be automatically added as a shipping option at checkout.
Please make sure that your order is shipping to a secure location.
*We try our best to ship all orders within 48 hours of receipt (excluding weekends and holidays). If you wish to receive your order quickly, dm us on instagram or email us at customercare@allsmall.co so we can help you select the shipping method that works best with your timeline.
*For 1 and 2 day shipping, if you need your order sent out before our 48 window, please reach out to us directly via email or Instagram and we will do our best to accommodate you.
Order Status
You will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number once your order ships. The tracking number for orders within the U.S. will include an estimated delivery day.
If you're missing items or shipments or if you have any concerns about the products you received, contact us within 7 days of the delivery date. Please make certain to ship to a secure location as we will not process refunds or re-ship orders once the tracking shows delivery confirmation.
International Orders
All Small co. assumes no responsibility for any import duties/customs charges. We will not reship or refund orders, including shipping fees, in the event that they are refused or returned. International sales are final. Transit times and delivery vary by country. Please note that import duties and VAT charges can apply for deliveries outside of the United States and are not included in your order’s total.
All Small co is unable to create prepaid return labels that originate outside the US.
When choosing standard USPS shipping note that delivery times can be upto 12 weeks and tracking can limited. We recommend choosing UPS for orders outside the United States.

Return Policy
All domestic US orders purchased at full-price, or with our 10% first time shopper code, are eligible for a refund if you are for any reason unhappy with your purchase.
Please note return shipping will be deducted from your refund total.

In your email please include the order number and your name. We will reply to your email with 4 business days.
All Small co. will provide a return shipping label via email at your request.
Please check the fit on all items in your order before washing as we cannot accept returns or submit refunds after items have been washed.
An item may be returned if it is sent back:
- Unworn + unwashed
- With original tags and packaging intact
- Clean and free of stains, odors, hair, and damage
The return package must be postmarked back to us within 30 calendar days of delivery in order to receive a refund or exchange.
Please allow up to two weeks for your return to be processed once received at our fulfillment center, and 1-3 business days for refunds to be processed to your original form of payment.
If you would like to return an item that was gifted to you, please email customercare@allsmall.co with the buyer’s name and order number. The buyer will not be contacted, this will simply help us find the order and act as proof of purchase.

Sale Items and Promotions
Items purchased on sale or with a promotional sale code are FINAL SALE. The exception to this is our welcome offer for 10% off first time shoppers - those orders are fully eligible for exchanges and refunds.
Please note that orders placed with our FREESHIPPING promo are eligible for ground shipping only, and to the contiguous United States.
